In this study, within a three- week -12 sessions , the head-nurses of the transformational leadership style were trained and after eight weeks , the Henishaw and Atwood service leave predicting scale and multivariate leadership style questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 and Paired t-pair and independent t-test test. Results: The results showed that there was not any significant difference in head nurse leadership style before and after the intervention in nurses’ viewpoints. Moreover, the leadership style had been abandoned. According to this study, nurses are highly intended to leave their service. Discussion and Conclusion: The leadership style of the head nurses has a lot to do with the intention of service leave, and many studies have highlighted the importance of transformational leadership style.
